Globe Composite Solutions seeks a Manufacturing Engineer II to support urethane casting, troubleshoot processes, and drive improvements. You will lead projects transitioning ideation to scaled processes, equipment, and documentation on the manufacturing floor.
BS in engineering with 3–5 years in manufacturing and process engineering is preferred;
Lean, Six Sigma, and data analytics experience strongly valued. On-site role in MA with a collaborative team environment.
