Title: Controller - Manufacturing
Location: Stoughton, MA - on site work schedule
Salary: $150,000-$185,000 base + discretionary bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Controller - Manufacturing:

• Own the close process and lead the preparation of financial statements

• Manage all aspects of accounting and compliance including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll and fixed assets

• Oversee inventory management, product pricing, financial systems and ERP platforms

• Mentor and develop the accounting team

• Collaborate with senior leadership to devel0p budgets and forecasts

Qualifications for the Controller - Manufacturing:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required

• 3+ years' Controllership experience in a manufacturing setting

• Proven team leadership expertise
