• Manage salon software systems like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales transactions.
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas according to industry regulations.
• Assist clients with retail product recommendations and upselling to enhance their experience.
• Front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, managing appointments, and handling retail sales efficiently.
• Mentor junior staff members and provide guidance on techniques such as hair threading and store management practices.
• Support store management in daily operations to ensure smooth business flow.

• Proficiency in hair extensions application, hair styling, coloring techniques, and barbering skills including straight razor use.
• Experience with salon software systems like MINDBODY for scheduling and client management.
• Strong knowledge of color theory, sanitation protocols, and cosmetology standards.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
• Retail sales expertise with retail math knowledge for upselling products effectively.
• Skilled in eyelash extensions, nail care treatments, makeup application, and hair threading techniques.
• Ability to manage front desk operations efficiently while maintaining professionalism.
