This is early intervention done right—focused, collaborative, and outcome-driven. You’ll work with young children in a supportive environment that prioritizes clinical quality, team connection, and long-term impact.
We also recognize that flexibility matters. This role offers a hybrid work model for eligible non-patient-facing responsibilities, giving BCBAs greater autonomy while maintaining meaningful in-person clinical connections.
Hybrid Flexibility ~ What to Expect- Hybrid flexibility is available for non-patient-facing work
- In-person attendance is required for key responsibilities such as BT training, assessments, and certain clinical support needs
- BCBAs are expected to see patients in person at least twice per month
- Candidates must be located within a reasonable driving distance of the clinic and able to attend onsite
- There may also be opportunities to support more than one clinic, depending on operational needs
What You’ll Do
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise and train Behavior Technicians
- Analyze data and adjust programming to ensure progress
- Partner with families and interdisciplinary teams
- Lead parent training and support
What You Bring
- Active BCBA certification
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Special Education, or related field
- Experience or strong interest in early intervention
- Strong communication and leadership skills
