Why This Role Feels Different

This is early intervention done right—focused, collaborative, and outcome-driven. You’ll work with young children in a supportive environment that prioritizes clinical quality, team connection, and long-term impact.

We also recognize that flexibility matters. This role offers a hybrid work model for eligible non-patient-facing responsibilities, giving BCBAs greater autonomy while maintaining meaningful in-person clinical connections.

Hybrid Flexibility ~ What to Expect
  • Hybrid flexibility is available for non-patient-facing work
  • In-person attendance is required for key responsibilities such as BT training, assessments, and certain clinical support needs
  • BCBAs are expected to see patients in person at least twice per month
  • Candidates must be located within a reasonable driving distance of the clinic and able to attend onsite
  • There may also be opportunities to support more than one clinic, depending on operational needs
