Role Description

This is a full‑time hybrid role for a Payroll Specialist based in Stoughton, MA, with some work‑from‑home flexibility. The Payroll Specialist will manage the end‑to‑end payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations. Responsibilities include processing payroll, managing payroll taxes and garnishments, addressing employee payroll inquiries, and maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of payroll laws and regulations. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams and contributing to process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Payroll Administration, Payroll Processing, and Payroll Services
  • Knowledge of Payroll Taxes and ability to ensure compliance with applicable laws
  • Experience handling and processing Garnishments effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Proficiency with HRIS and payroll software
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
  • Prior experience in Human Capital Management or a similar field is a plus
