Overview
Our long term client in the metal working industry is seeking a Facilities & Maintenance Manager to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to lead a team at a well established organization that has been in business for over 80 years.
This role will oversee 7 direct reports on the maintenance team, and ultimately be responsible for overseeing the entirety of the maintenance program ranging from machine PMs and repair to building management systems.
Responsibilities- Oversee the maintenance program, including preventive maintenance on machines, repairs, and building management systems.
- Lead and manage a team of 7 direct reports, ensuring effective performance and development.
