- Develop and maintain detailed production schedules based on demand forecasts, capacity, and material availability.
- Translate strategic plans into executable production schedules that maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
- Lead or support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, aligning production with demand and inventory strategies.
- Work with engineering, finance, sales, purchasing and production to develop and prioritize schedules.
- Analyze production performance, constraints, and bottlenecks to improve throughput and reduce lead times.
- Collaborate with manufacturing, procurement, quality, and engineering teams to ensure schedule adherence and resolve issues.
- Monitor and adjust plans based on real-time production data, material shortages, or changing priorities.
- Optimize inventory levels (raw materials, WIP, finished goods) to balance service levels and carrying costs.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to planning accuracy, scheduling efficiency, and capacity utilization.
- Support scenario planning for demand changes, labor constraints, and equipment availability.
- Maintain and improve ERP/MRP planning parameters (lead times, lot sizes, safety stock, etc.).

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- 3–7+ years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or manufacturing operations.
- Strong understanding of capacity planning, finite scheduling, and production flow.
- Experience working in an ERP/MRP environment (e.g., GSS, Business Dynamics, SAP, or similar).
- Ability to analyze data and translate it into actionable production strategies.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing machine end uses and full logistics responsibilities in a manufacturing production environment are preferred.
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Department of Defense experience

Salary Range: $80,000 - $90,000
Physical Demands- Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
