What you will do:

The Performance Marketing Strategist owns paid media strategy and execution across our retail media networks including Amazon (multiple marketplaces), Walmart, and Target as well as emerging retail channels. This individual will manage campaign performance, optimization, and reporting to leadership, coordinating with internal teams and external partners to deliver against growth and efficiency targets.

This role also builds the operating system behind the media: documenting how advertising decisions get made, translating that into clear account-level strategy and standards, and leveraging automation and AI-enabled platforms to execute s position sits at the intersection of hands-on retail media practice and process design and will help define how we run advertising as tooling, channels, and category dynamics evolve.

This role may require travelling to company-sponsored events with overnight stays.

The position is located at our Headquarters in Stoughton, MA with a hybrid office option and will report to the Manager, Ecommerce Growth.
