Retail Program Supervisor

Pay: $60,000 per year
Schedule: Full-time, includes evenings and weekends

American Residential Services (ARS), the nation’s largest provider of residential heating, cooling, plumbing, and electrical services, with more than 7,000 employees across 60+ service locations, is seeking a Retail Program Supervisor to support our Retail Alliance Lead Generation Program in the greater Boston market. This position is based in Stoughton, MA
.

Working closely with the Retail Program Manager, this role is responsible for helping drive lead generation performance, coaching Retail Sales Associates, building strong relationships with retail partners, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. • Assist the Retail Program Manager in leading and developing the Retail Alliance Lead Generation team
• Support the recruiting, onboarding, training, and coaching of Retail Sales Associates (RSAs)
• Help drive daily and weekly lead generation goals and key performance metrics
• Spend time in the field supporting RSAs and building relationships with retail store management
• Conduct team meetings, ride-alongs, and performance coaching sessions
• Monitor productivity and provide feedback to improve results and customer engagement
• Support staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage across retail locations
• Coordinate and execute store events and promotional activities
• Communicate performance updates and operational needs to retail partners
• Promote a positive team culture focused on accountability, customer service, and results

• 1+ years of leadership, coaching, or supervisory experience preferred
• Retail, sales, customer service, or lead generation experience required
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to motivate others and work independently with minimal supervision
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends as business needs require
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic reporting tools
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between retail locations throughout the Boston market
• Related experience, advanced training, or equivalent education may be considered
