• Hires, onboards, trains, leads, manages and develops the Smaland co‑workers and Carts co‑workers in the store. Identifies successor, creates development plans and secures necessary training.
• Overseeing the operation of Smaland area, IKEA's courtesy children's play area.
• Managing entrance greeters to actively guide and answer customers' questions.
• Overseeing the gathering and restocking of carts and bags throughout the store and parking areas.
• Supporting cashiers in Checkout & Payment area and other Customer Experience areas, as needed.
• Training co‑workers and other Customer Experience Leaders on Smaland processes and safety requirements.
• Responding to escalated customer issues and leader intervention calls with sense of urgency.
• Leading, attending and contributing to store meetings and forums as applicable.

Retail environment. Must have open availability Monday through Sunday.

The full salary range for this role is $27.51 - $38.00

• 3 years of experience in retail.

The starting rate/ salary for this position ranges from 27.51 USD to 38 USD and will be based on relevant work experience.
