Inside Sales Representative

Diesel Direct Inc. seeks an Inside Sales Representative in Stoughton, MA to drive growth of our mobile on-site fueling services. In this fast-paced, customer-focused role, you'll manage inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, prepare quotes, and close new business with fleet and logistics customers. You'll nurture existing accounts, leverage CRM tools to manage your pipeline, and coordinate closely with operations to ensure accurate and timely service.

Ideal candidates bring strong phone-based sales or customer service experience, attention to detail, and a drive to hit and exceed targets while upholding our safety and reliability standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls to fleet and logistics customers to promote Diesel Direct's mobile fueling services
• Qualify leads, prepare quotes, and follow up to close new business in assigned territories
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers through regular check-ins and service follow-up
• Use CRM and fuel management tools to track opportunities, pipeline, and customer activity
• Collaborate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure accurate orders, schedules, and service expectations
• Provide professional, timely responses to customer inquiries, pricing requests, and service issues
• Meet or exceed daily activity metrics, monthly sales targets, and revenue goals
• Stay informed on transportation, logistics, and fuel industry trends to better position solutions
• Support marketing campaigns and promotions through targeted outreach and lead conversion
• Uphold company values of safety, integrity, and reliability in every customer interaction
