Assistant Sales Manager

ARS-Rescue Rooter is seeking an Assistant Sales Manager to drive retail program performance in our residential construction services. You'll lead and coach in-store sales teams, support HVAC, plumbing, and electrical program promotions, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. Partner with field operations to convert leads into booked jobs, track KPIs, and optimize displays and traffic flow. Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and growing retail sales programs for residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services
• Coach, schedule, and support in-store sales representatives to meet targets
• Drive lead generation and conversion from retail locations to booked service jobs
• Monitor KPIs, prepare basic reports, and recommend improvements
• Ensure safety, brand standards, and strong customer experience in all retail activities
• Coordinate with operations and dispatch to align sales promises with service delivery
• Support merchandising, displays, and promotional events to increase traffic
• Help recruit, onboard, and train new retail sales team members
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex issues when needed
• Collaborate with leadership on sales strategies and local market opportunities
