Who You Are High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.

Hands-on experience as a drain technician or in a closely related trade.

Solid grasp of drainage systems and core plumbing principles.

Comfortable operating and caring for specialized tools and equipment.

Detail-focused troubleshooter with strong follow-through.

Clear communicator with a service-first approach.

Holds a valid driver’s license and has reliable transportation.

Open to flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts.
