This position is a unique opportunity for an experienced remodeling professional to help build and grow our residential remodeling division. You will work directly with ownership and our architect on residential remodeling, deck, addition, kitchen, bathroom, and construction projects throughout the South Shore. We are looking for a highly skilled, dependable, hands‑on remodeling professional to take pride in their work, communicate well, solve problems, and consistently deliver high‑quality craftsmanship.
Pay: $30–$38 per hour (W‑2). Compensation is based on experience, reliability, communication, production, leadership ability, and quality of work. Opportunities for advancement are available as the company grows. This is a working lead position—active on the jobsite and helping move projects forward.
Responsibilities- Perform residential remodeling and carpentry work
- Build decks, stairs, railings, and exterior structures
- Complete kitchen and bathroom remodeling projects
- Perform framing, structural repairs, and general carpentry work
- Install doors, windows, trim, cabinetry, and finish carpentry
- Install tile and complete related remodeling tasks
- Identify construction issues and develop practical solutions
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and management
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized job sites
- Protect customer property and company equipment
- Assist with project planning and execution
- Work directly with ownership and our architect to ensure projects are completed correctly
- Help build the future remodeling division as the company grows
- Read architectural plans and construction drawings
- Build projects according to approved plans and specifications
- Work directly with our architect and management team
- Identify discrepancies before work begins
- Coordinate with inspectors, subcontractors, suppliers, and management
- Assist with project planning, layout, and execution
- Clock in and out through company software
- Upload daily photos and videos
- Receive schedules and work orders digitally
- Communicate through company apps Review project scopes and notes electronically
- Provide regular project updates

- Ability to read and build from plans
- Strong framing and structural carpentry knowledge
- Experience with kitchens, bathrooms, decks, additions, and remodeling
- Strong problem‑solving abilities
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Own basic hand tools
- Ability to travel throughout the South Shore service area
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Must live within reasonable driving distance of the South Shore
