Site crew leader to plan and manage a wide range of masonry construction duties
EXPERIENCEMinimum of 1 year experience including but not limited to: layout, installation of stringline, evaluation of subgrade and or forms
PHYSICAL DEMANDSAble to work for extended durations performing repetitive strenuous activities
Expect to work in direct sunlight for extended periods of time
Capacity to lift and carry materials of approximately 40-50 lbs
Ability to bend, stoop and twist continuously throughout the day
Oral and written communication via email, phone or in-person
Sitting for period of time while driving to and from job sites, office and vendors
Expectance to work year-round on construction sites or snow cleanup sites, as needed
Capable of using hand tools for extended periods of time

RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure that the project achieves completion with a focus on safety while meeting Xquisite’s expected quality of workmanship. Follow directives as described by supervisor(s) inclusive but not limited to:
- Displays role model behaviors on ethics and integrity as well as positively promoting Company culture
- Follow and ensure crew follows standard safety requirements inclusive of PPE and proper safety restraints at unsafe conditions.
- Report and complete accident reports
- Perform daily inspections of onsite and materials and deliveries
- Assist in forecasting of materials/equipment and labor needed for project installations
- Monitor production rates and quality control of installations
- Ensure all employees are attending the weekly toolbox talks
- Completion of daily reports including crew time sheets completely and accurately
- Competent to direct and work in/or about situations near direct automotive traffic
- Competent to direct and work near or about natural bodies of water
- Work hours as required per project with applicable breaks x 5 days/week (some overtime/weekend work required)
- Acknowledging that some specialized tasks may require on-the-job training
- Perform setup and cleanup of masonry tasks to maintain job site housekeeping
- Valid driver’s license and OSHA 10 or 30 certification
- Ability to determine equipment, materials, and supplies needed to complete various hardscape installations
- Quality control mix of concrete and other materials are properly mixed, poured and finished
- Capable of using hand tools for extended periods of time in order to install hardscape materials.
- Non-Union Winter work which includes snow shoveling and/or snow plowing
This role requires regular standing, walking, and lifting/carrying up to 50 lbs., with occasional lifting over 50 lbs. Employees must frequently bend, twist, reach, push/pull, balance, climb (ladders and stairs), and perform repetitive hand/wrist motions. Squatting and kneeling are common, with occasional crawling or work in confined spaces. Good vision (close, distance, depth, and peripheral) and hearing are needed to safely navigate active job sites, including elevated work areas.

Work is performed outdoors at active construction sites, in varying weather conditions. Employees may be exposed to dust, fumes, noise (moderate to loud), moving equipment, and elevated or confined areas. All employees must follow company safety procedures and applicable safety regulations at all times.
