• Provide guidance and mentorship to apprentices and junior electricians.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.

• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in electrical technologies.

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license in the state of Massachusetts.
• Proven experience as an electrician, with a strong understanding of electrical systems and codes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials as needed.
