HVAC​/R Lead

Overview We are seeking a skilled and motivated commercial HVAC/R Lead to join our team in Stoughton, MA. As an HVAC/R Lead, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. Rack refrigeration system experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team of HVAC/R technicians in daily operations.

Oversee installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC/R systems.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Diagnose and troubleshoot complex HVAC/R issues.

Provide training and mentorship to team members.

Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and inventory.

Communicate effectively with clients to assess their needs and provide solutions.

Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in HVAC/R preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC/R systems.

Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Knowledge of local codes and regulations related to HVAC/R.Ability to work flexible hours, including on-call shifts as needed.
