Residential Counselor

Residential Counselor - Community Resources For Justice, Inc.

Position located in Stoughton, Massachusetts. Full-time, 40 hours per week, non-exempt. Eligible for benefits with starting salary $18/hr.

Schedule includes first/second shifts.

• Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours, including job interviews, medical appointments, weekly recreation, religious services, and shopping trips.
• Support and teach clients new skills, including specific goals in the Individual Service Plan.
• Act as a positive role model to help clients attain the highest quality of life while maintaining safety in all settings.
• Administer medications and complete required documentation such as progress notes, weekly summaries, and attendance records in a timely manner.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Desire to make a genuine difference in the lives of others.
• Ability to obtain required certifications within the allotted time set forth by the agency.
• Pass a criminal check and driver’s check.

Eligible for benefits. Pay range $18–$22 per hour.
