We hire for attitude and coachability, not experience. We’ll train you.

• Base $21-$24/hour (depending on experience and attitude) + tips
• Daily tips (significantly higher during summer months)

• Drive a 26-ft automatic box truck (Non-CDL)
• Work with a team to complete moves efficiently
• Provide top-notch customer service (this = better tips)
• Pack, move, and protect customer belongings
• Perform daily truck inspections and complete paperwork

• Valid driver’s license + safe driving record (required)
• 20+ years old
• Reliable, coachable, and ready to work hard
• Able to lift 75+ lbs and stay active all day
• Positive attitude and strong customer service skills
• Experience is a plus—but not required.
