What If This Was Your Next Role?
Do you enjoy translating blueprints into beautifully accurate tooling? Are you at home programming CNC equipment and switching seamlessly to a manual mill or surface grinder? Can you hold five-tenths without breaking a sweat and partner with production to remove bottlenecks? If so, you’ll feel right at home on our second shift.
Schedule Monday–Thursday, 4:30 PM – 3:00 AM Overtime available
How You’ll Contribute Design, build, assemble, repair, and sharpen dies, fixtures, gauges, and production tooling
Program, set up, and operate CNC and manual mills, lathes, grinders, and presses
Interpret drawings; complete layouts and inspections to ±0.0005" tolerances
Choose materials and prepare metal surfaces: clean, deburr, and finish
Troubleshoot tooling and equipment issues; support continuous improvement on the floor
Verify quality with precision measuring tools and thorough visual/dimensional checks
Model safety, quality, teamwork, and dependable attendance; pitch in with overtime when needed
Bring This Toolkit Machine tool apprenticeship (technical school) or equivalent background
10,000 hours or more of hands-on machining experience
Strong grasp of machining, tooling, hydraulics, pneumatics, and metal forming processes
Mechanical aptitude, strong math skills, and the confidence to work independently
An eye for detail and pride in precision craftsmanship
