• Clinical Excellence:

  Maintain "survey-ready" documentation and clinical records in strict accordance with state and federal oversight standards.
• Unit Leadership:
  Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to CNAs, ensuring the entire floor operates at the highest standard of resident-centered care.

• License:
  Active, unrestricted Wisconsin Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
• Skill Set:

• Experience:
