As an RN Nurse Supervisor PM Shift
, you play a critical role in overseeing staff and ensuring high‑quality care:
Care Coordination: Assess resident needs, manage treatment plans, and coordinate with physicians, including working a cart when necessary.
Leadership: Supervise nursing staff to ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines, including monitoring medication distribution and blood draws.
Education: Provide ongoing guidance to staff, residents, and families to promote wellness.
Quality Assurance: Conduct regular nursing rounds to track treatments and ensure documentation meets HIPAA standards.
Collaboration: Work alongside the DON and Administrator to ensure smooth operational flow.
Experience: Minimum of three years of supervisory experience in long‑term care or a hospital setting is required for the RN Nurse Supervisor PM Shift
.Licensure: Must hold an active RN or LPN license in good standing (RN preferred).
Skills: Strong communication, leadership, and computer proficiency are essential for success as an RN Nurse Supervisor PM Shift
