Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities

• Provide assigned aspects of patient care for geriatric psychiatry patients as directed by a Registered Nurse.
• Perform delegated tasks after completing orientation and demonstrating competency.

• Associate’s Degree and graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program.
• Current Wisconsin LPN license in good standing.
• Current BLS certification and bi-annual violent-crisis or workplace violence training.
• Basic computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• New graduates accepted; prior related experience preferred.

• Full-time, 40 hours per week.
• Monday–Friday: 7:00 am–3:30 pm; 7:00 pm–7:30 pm on alternate days.
• No weekends; holiday rotation every third holiday.
