• Direct Care:
  Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), mobility, transfers, and specific care needs.
• Clinical Monitoring:
  Actively observe residents, reporting any changes in physical or mental condition to the charge nurse.
• Documentation:
  Maintain accurate, timely resident records within our EHR systems.

• Certification:
  Active Wisconsin CNA certification in good standing.
• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  Long-term care experience is preferred, but we welcome newly certified candidates!
