Develop associates to meet productivity standards and certify them once goals are met or exceeded.;
Train associates on all functions of order selector and customer attendant roles.;
Ensure store e-Commerce department meets/exceeds customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness and cleanliness; manage product flow and scheduling.;
Achieve/exceed weekly, period, and annual sales, wage budgets, and customer satisfaction leading to repeat sales.
