Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot control systems and equipment issues.

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on control systems.

Collaborate with engineering teams to implement system upgrades and improvements.

Document all maintenance activities and system changes.

Assist in the development and testing of new control strategies.

Provide technical support to production teams as needed.

Ensure compliance with safety and industry standards.

Qualifications Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience as a Controls Technician or similar role.

Strong understanding of control systems, PLCs, and automation technologies.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
