Alpha Industrial Waste Services is in search of an experienced, detail-oriented and professional Onboarding Specialist & Front Office Coordinator to join our team at our Stow, OH location.

The Onboarding Specialist is responsible for managing the initial setup of customers and vendors in alignment with company policy and procedure. In this role, you will send, receive and complete various onboarding documents, verify vendor credentials, establish customer credit limits, and maintain all records in accordance with company policy.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to multitask, and the ability to function with minimal supervision. A successful candidate in this role will understand that their goal is to support and improve customer and vendor satisfaction and retention by making the onboarding process as efficient and helpful as possible.

In addition to onboarding, this role also oversees front office activities and participates in document processing for job and billing paperwork
. You will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, handle communications, and provide essential administrative support, all while collaborating with cross-department teams including dispatch and logistics, sales, accounting, and management.

Proven experience in onboardingand administrative roles

Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage documentation accurately.

Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Proficiency in standard office software and record management systems.

A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Proficiency with CRM, Customer Success, or Help desk tools.
