As a Concrete Laborer, you'll work alongside experienced crews on a variety of projects, helping build the roads, bridges, sidewalks, curbs, and infrastructure that keep Ohio moving.
What You'll Do- Assist with forming, pouring, finishing, and curing concrete.
- Set forms, place reinforcement, and prepare job sites.
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Load, unload, and move materials and equipment.
- Help maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Work as part of a team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and with quality craftsmanship.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Construction or concrete experience is preferred but not required.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in a variety of weather conditions.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive physical tasks.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
