Karvo Companies is seeking an experienced Concrete Foreman to join our team. If you're a proven leader with experience in heavy civil concrete construction and enjoy leading crews, coordinating daily operations, and delivering quality work safely, we want to hear from you.

As a Concrete Foreman, you'll oversee field crews on a variety of projects, including roadways, bridges, sidewalks, curbs, and other concrete infrastructure throughout Ohio.

• Lead and supervise concrete crews on heavy civil construction projects.
• Coordinate daily work activities to ensure projects stay on schedule.
• Read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and grade stakes.
• Oversee forming, reinforcing, pouring, and finishing concrete.
• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and materials.
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture on every job site.
• Communicate effectively with superintendents, project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors.
• Mentor and develop crew members while maintaining a productive work environment.

• 3+ years of experience as a Concrete Foreman or in a concrete leadership role.
• Experience with heavy civil, roadway, bridge, or site concrete construction.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to read construction plans and specifications.
• Knowledge of concrete placement, finishing, forming, and grading.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork.
• Valid driver's license required.
