Come Join Our Team! Overnight Caregivers Needed!Previous experience in professional caregiving 1-3 years - required
- Strong preference for candidates who have previous experience working overnight shifts.
- Physical ability to assist with lifting and other demanding tasks, performed with care and concern for safety. Must be able to physically assist clients with mobility, including transferring from bed to chair which may require lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, including the ability to listen, empathize, and provide attentive, compassionate support.
- Solid understanding of caregiving best practices and a demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional growth.
- A genuine desire to build a rewarding career in geriatric care, driven by empathy and a commitment to making a positive impact every day.
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing, always treating everyone with kindness and respect.
- Prepare nutritious meals and provide assistance with feeding, ensuring each meal is served with patience and encouragement.
- Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our seniors.
- Offer gentle support with mobility and lifting, always prioritizing the dignity and comfort of those in your care.
