We are hiring caring individuals for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts to provide essential support and comfort.

• Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, companionship
• Prepare meals & help with feeding
• Light housekeeping for safety and cleanliness
• Support client mobility

• Must be able to perform duties independently from day one with 1-3 years hands on experience.
• Ability to assist with mobility and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Physically able to stand, walk, and bend for long periods
• Knowledge of caregiving best practices
• Compassionate, attentive, and dedicated

Paid mileage, paid orientation, flexible schedule, bonus base on performance.

Candidates must have their own vehicle and be able to arrive at client locations as a requirement of this position.

This is a fully onsite caregiver position in Northern Summit County, OH. (Akron, Hudson, Stow). Reliable in-person attendance is an essential function of this role. Candidates must be able to consistently commute to the worksite for all scheduled shifts (approximately a 20-minute commute preferred). Applicants who cannot meet this requirement will not be considered. If you fall outside of our designated territory, you will be referred to another Assisting Hands Franchise.
