• Provide bedbound care for a female client in her home; assist with feeding as needed and provide companionship and personal care (incontinence experience, bed bathing, turning/rolling as needed, garment changes, etc.).
• Feed/assist the client with feeding as needed, provide companionship and personal care and clean up after the client (including dishes, drinkware, etc.).
• Assist with laundry, cleaning, and other tasks requested by the client or family.
• Document and report on the client’s condition and shift, in the home and to the agency.
• Respect home guidelines: there are no pets and no smoking in the home.
• Family is hands-on and provides all meals; you will stay with the client and family in the home environment.

While providing companionship, the team member will allow this wonderful lady to stay in her home with her family.

• Pass a background check as mandated by the State of Ohio
• Experience in a facility setting or similar care needs. Must provide references.
• Reliable transportation to the residence - BUS SERVICE IS NOT ACCESSIBLE TO THIS CLIENT without a 3/4 mile walk.
