We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Respiratory Therapist (RT) to join our skilled therapy team. As an RT at Hudson Springs, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality respiratory care to our residents, ensuring they receive the best possible treatment to achieve their rehabilitation goals.

• Provide respiratory therapy to residents, including oxygen therapy, inhalation therapy, and aerosol therapy
• Conduct assessments to identify respiratory problems and develop individualized care plans
• Implement and monitor respiratory therapy treatments, including ventilator management and weaning
• Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care
• Document patient data and communicate effectively with families and healthcare teams

• Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or related field (minimum education level)
• Current Respiratory Therapist (RT) certification (minimum certification)
