As part of our continued digital transformation, we are seeking an experienced ERP Systems Specialist to support, enhance, and optimize our global ERP environment.
This role will play a key part in SPIROL's Epicor Kinetic implementation and ongoing ERP strategy, partnering with business leaders and IT teams to improve efficiency, streamline processes, and support data driven decision making across the organization.
What You'll Do- Administer, configure, and maintain the Company's ERP system to ensure performance, stability, and data integrity
- Support the implementation, enhancement, and optimization of Epicor Kinetic across global operations
- Partner with business units to analyze requirements and develop ERP solutions that support operational goals
- Support ERP upgrades, integrations, system enhancements, and troubleshooting efforts
- Identify root causes of system issues and recommend long term sustainable solutions
- Develop and maintain ERP documentation, workflows, and training materials
- Manage ERP user access, permissions, and security roles
- Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Production, Sales, and other departments to improve efficiency and automation
- Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for ERP development and support activities
- Support data migration, reporting, and analytics initiatives related to ERP functionality
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field
- 3–5 years of hands on experience supporting or administering Epicor Kinetic in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing, supply chain, and financial business processes
- Experience with SQL, data management, or integration tools preferred
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, global environment
- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
- Experience supporting multi site ERP deployments preferred
