The Role- Advanced processing facilities including autoclave and robotics systems
- Transport and logistics operations
- Customer service excellence
- Engage team of managers, operational staff & key stakeholders
- Accountable for the overall profitability of the business unit
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Operations, or Engineering or equivalent experience
- 10+ years of operational management experience
- Strong track record in regulated industries
- Demonstrated excellence in team leadership, engagement and development
- Proven success in initiating and driving operational efficiencies
