Pay: $25–$28/hr (DOE)
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Job Type: Full-Time
We are hiring a Robotic Welder Programmer/Operator to program, set up, and operate robotic welding equipment in a manufacturing environment. This is a steady 1st-shift position with long-term potential.
Responsibilities- Program, set up, and operate robotic welding systems
- Robotic Welder Programmer / Operator – 1st Shift
- Load/unload parts and ensure proper fixturing
- Adjust welding parameters to meet quality standards
- Inspect welds and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Perform basic preventative maintenance
- Read blueprints and welding symbols
- Experience with robotic welding (programming and operation)
- MIG welding knowledge
- Ability to read prints and weld symbols
- Strong attention to quality and safety
- Reliable attendance
Minimum Salary: $25.00 per hour
Maximum Salary: $28.00 per hour
