Welder (MIG) - 1st Shift
Location: Stow, OH
Pay: $24-$30 per hour (based on experience)
Shift: 1st Shift

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced MIG Welder to join our 1st shift production team in Stow, Ohio. This role focuses primarily on MIG welding and offers competitive pay, steady hours, and a strong work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform MIG welding on steel components according to blueprints and specifications
• Read and interpret welding symbols, drawings, and work instructions
• Set up welding equipment and adjust settings as needed
• Inspect welds to ensure quality, strength, and appearance standards are met
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all safety and quality procedures

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with MIG welding (production or fabrication environment preferred)
• Ability to read blueprints and welding symbols
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and solid work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
