Forklift / Tow Motor Operator

Inova Staffing Services is currently seeking 1st shift EXPERIENCED FORKLIFT OR TOW MOTOR candidates for our facility in Stow, OH. Position is temp-to-hire! This company performs highly efficient electronics destruction and recycling. Weekly pay and on the bus line

• Monday – Friday (overtime as needed)
• 1st - 6:30AM-3PM
• 2nd - 3PM-12PM

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand and bend through entire shift as needed
• Operates industrial vehicles and equipment (electric and manual).
• Loads and unloads designated trailers and internally transports materials within processing and/or warehouse areas
• Receives, relocates, and dispositions materials using a RF barcode scanner and/or other electronic and manual systems
• Packs product and applies correct labels.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Maintains accurate inventory of inbound shipments on applicable systems.
• Maintains accurate record logs.
• Attention to detail
• Identifies hazardous waste materials and adheres to instructions related to their movement/process.

Under direction, operates electric or propane powered industrial equipment such as forklifts and electrical pallet jacks to lift, push, pull, stack or move containers. Promotes a safe work environment through personal actions. Identifies safety concerns as well as cost saving opportunities.

• Sorting parts for scrap or reuse
• Conducting inventory checks

Breaking down consumer electronic devices (TVs, Computers, etc.) as needed/directed
