Gilder Search Group seeks an experienced CNC Machinist for a 3rd shift (Sun–Thu, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM) with a $2/hr differential. You will set up tooling and machine complex parts on CNC lathes and mills, maintaining tight tolerances, quality, safety, and production standards on the shop floor.
The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of CNC machining, aerospace experience preferred, strong blueprint reading, and a mindset of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement.
