As a Registered Nurse on our Weekend Shift team, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care to our short‑term rehabilitation residents. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to ensure that each resident receives personalized care plans tailored to their unique needs and goals. Our state‑of‑the‑art facility features two leading‑edge therapy gyms and advanced therapies, providing you with the tools and resources needed to deliver top‑quality care.

• Provide direct patient care to short‑term rehabilitation residents on our weekend shift
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with our interdisciplinary team
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify residents’ needs and goals
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered by physicians
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions to healthcare providers
• Collaborate with physical, occupational, and speech therapists to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of patient care and treatment plans

• Current Ohio RN licensure
• CPR certification
