Quality Technician

• Performs routine incoming and in-process dimensional and visual inspections based on established quality specifications.
• Inspects product samples to evaluate the quality of the full product batch prior to release to finished goods inventory.
• Initiate non-conforming material reports as required.
• Identify and ensure the movement of non-conforming materials to designated quarantine areas.
• Input accurate and timely data into quality reporting systems.
• Ensure inspections are timely, effective, and routinely maintained.
• Train the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence as needed.
• Perform product and manufacturing process audits on the shop floor.
• Communicate with team members and supervisors regarding quality issues found.
• Perform required SAP transactions.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment in line with company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Spanish speaking is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Basic computer and math skills.
• Ability to use measuring devices like gauges, micrometers, and calipers.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
