Restaurant Manager OH

Taco Bell -  -  - Responsibilities:
Control food cost, labor cost, cash, and other controllable expenses to company guidelines and budgets.;
Maintain adequate staffing levels for all days and day parts to meet scheduling requirements.;
Prepare and conduct crew member, shift manager, and assistant general manager performance appraisals.;
Hire and train new crew members, shift leaders, and assistant general managers to required certifications and performance levels.;
Maintain restaurant cleanliness and organization and ensure compliance with sanitation guidelines; coach staff to deliver excellent guest service and handle complaints.
