Outside Sales Representative - Commercial Power

Job Description Summary

Outside Sales Representative (Commercial Power) – responsible for generating profitable sales from the rental of the Pump & Power division’s fleet of equipment specifically Large Generators, Air Compressors, Temperature Control, and Desiccant Dehumidifiers.

The primary function is to target the commercial market segment, serving customers who consistently use equipment for short‑term or long‑term projects such as industrial coating, painting, power plant support, HVAC, construction drying, event contracting, and many others.

• Develop a career track and leverage current sales skills in a challenging role.
• Identify new business opportunities and maintain existing customer relationships.
• Give presentations and business reviews to management and key stakeholders.
• Use project management techniques to drive customer retention and sales growth.

• B2B direct sales and/or project management experience within the equipment industry.
• Background in power generation and testing equipment is highly desirable.
• Strong new business development skills and a proven ability to retain customers.
• Effective presentation skills and the ability to conduct business reviews.

Require bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, and lifting 25 pounds or more. Work both indoors and outdoors as needed.

Base Pay Range: $40,000 – $62,965. Total compensation includes base pay, a company vehicle, and a robust commission plan.
