Floor Coverings International brings the showroom to the customer's living room — literally. You'll drive a fully-stocked Mobile Showroom van to homeowners' doors, walk them through flooring options on a tablet, and help them fall in love with their new space. Then you close the deal and hand off to our install team, so you can move on to the next opportunity.

This isn't a sit-and-wait role. We hand you a mobile showroom, a strong local reputation, and company-generated leads — but our top earners build their own pipeline too, networking with builders, designers, realtors, and past clients to keep referrals flowing. • 2+ years of outside sales, in-home sales, or another high-trust, face-to-face sales role
• A natural networker who's genuinely energized by meeting builders, designers, realtors, and past clients — and turning those relationships into referral business
• Someone who's competitive, coachable, and closes with integrity — not pressure
• Comfortable with a tablet-based sales process (we'll train you on the specifics)
• Valid driver's license and the flexibility to work some evenings/weekends around appointments
• Bonus points (not required) for a background in flooring, construction, or interior design
