Shop Service Technician – Mechanic, Auto​/Diesel​/Forklift

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair Crown and all other makes of lift trucks
• Perform all assigned planned maintenance on customer lift trucks
• Process paperwork after completion of each job
• Perform welding and fabrication

• Less than 2 years related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Good mechanical and electrical aptitudes
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems, hydraulics, and internal combustion engines
• Ability to read and understand electrical and hydraulic schematics
• Good written/verbal communication and customer care skills
• Ability to safely operate lift trucks
• Ability to read and understand service manuals
• Legally authorized to work in the United States; sponsorship is not provided
• Temporary visa holders and candidates needing current or future sponsorship are not eligible
• Technical degree, previous lift truck repair, welding experience, knowledge of testing equipment, and industry-related training preferred

Demonstrates strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair lift trucks. Proficient in reading electrical and hydraulic schematics, performing welding and fabrication, and executing planned maintenance tasks.
