Entry-Level Industrial Maintenance Technician- 1st Shift Weekend

We are looking for motivated, entry-level candidates with a background in trades or vocational training to support manufacturing operations in Stow, Ohio. This is an excellent opportunity for recent high school graduates who completed a trades program and are eager to start a career in industrial maintenance.

Friday–Sun, 5:00am–5:30pm

$22.00 per hour

• Diagnose and repair mechanical problems on production equipment
• Communicate daily with supervisors and maintenance leadership on assignments, machine conditions, and issues impacting production
• Inspect A/C motors, gearboxes, presses, resistance welders, and roll forming equipment
• Support changeovers for welders, mills, and secondary punch machines
• Perform preventive maintenance and suggest improvements to maintenance schedules
• Replace worn parts and fluids; test and adjust components for proper operation
• Maintain accurate repair and maintenance records and identify critical spare parts
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Assist in troubleshooting with a basic understanding of HMI functions
• Keep work areas clean and safe following 5S principles
• Perform general building maintenance as assigned
• Collaborate with team members and support colleagues when needed

• Vocational/Trade School training in repairing and maintaining manufacturing equipment
• Knowledge of presses, mills, hydraulics, welding, and mechanical systems
• Strong safety focus and adherence to safety protocols
• Understanding of single and three-phase power systems
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and strong communication skills
• Able to read, write, and use basic Microsoft Office programs

• Basic understanding of HMI functions
• Familiarity with manufacturing maintenance procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent with trades program completion
• Previous experience in maintenance supportive roles is a plus

• On-site work location at Stow, Ohio
• Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
