£500 WELCOME BONUS
! Up to £12.79 per hour, plus holiday pay of up to £208.34 per month (equivalent to an annual salary of £18,468 based on 38 hours per week, term‑time only).
Term Time Only – 38 hours over 4 days (Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm).

Bridgetown pre‑school provides a spacious and welcoming environment enriched with natural resources for children to explore freely throughout the day. Our children enjoy the freedom to move between indoor and outdoor spaces including our onsite Forest School area, with a pond and camp fire facilities. We offer yearly events such as our sports day and fete, and occasionally hold cake sales for local charities.
Conveniently situated on Byron Road, within the grounds of Bridgetown Primary School and just a short stroll from the heart of Stratford‑upon‑Avon. Ample parking is available along the road outside the school.
- Create a warm, fun, and nurturing environment where children feel safe and thrive.
- Plan and deliver engaging, play‑based activities aligned with the EYFS framework.
- Build meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
- Monitor and celebrate children’s development milestones, keeping records to share with parents.
- Support the day‑to‑day running of the nursery, maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and care.
- Be a team player, offering guidance to apprentices and volunteers while learning from others.
To be considered for this role you must hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification or Qualified Teacher Status (QTS). We are unable to offer sponsorship for this role.
