Hospitality Manager

The opportunity

Delaware North UK is hiring a full-time Hospitality Manager to join our team at London Stadium, in Stratford, East London. As a Hospitality Manager, you will be managing the hospitality operations and communicating with guests at meetings and events. • Lead a dedicated team of hospitality managers and supervisors, supporting training and development of team members, and demonstrating exceptional guest service
• Plan and support hospitality services at London Stadium with strong organisational skills and resources, ensuring guest focus in all decisions
• Ensure the budgets are met, effectively managing operating costs, ensuring all supplier invoices are approved and processed, following up on any discrepancies
• Build strong relationships with senior leaders and provide administrative assistance as needed
• Ensure the operation complies with current finance, payroll, purchasing, health and safety, food hygiene, fire regulations, licensing laws, and trading standards, maintaining Delaware North’s policies and standards of excellence

• No degree required
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar environment, including 1 year of management
• Knowledge of the Food & Beverage industry, preferably within hospitality and catering environments
• Experience in a 5-6
  * fine dining environment is preferred
• Skills in communication, teamwork, organisation, strategic thinking, and IT literacy

• Availability to work evenings and weekends for matchdays and event days, due to events-based nature of the team
