As a Food & Beverage Assistant, you'll help create memorable experiences for our guests across our restaurants, hotel and spa

• Welcoming and looking after guests with warmth and professionalism
• Delivering friendly, attentive food and beverage service
• Working across our restaurants, Bars & Lounges
• Preparing and maintaining front and back of house areas
• Confidently running a section during breakfast, lunch or dinner in our restaurants or looking after our guests in our bars or lounges
• Answering guest questions in a friendly and knowledgeable way
• Completing training and refresher sessions to develop your skills
• Helping maintain the high standards Ardencote is known for

• Have previous hospitality or food & beverage experience
• Have knowledge of food hygiene and quality standards
• Have confidence working in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Have great communication and people skills
• Have a positive attitude and passion for outstanding guest service

• Have experience in high-volume service
• Have food Safety training or a relevant qualification

• Full-time, part-time & Zero hour positions available
• £12.71 per hour
• Typically, 1–5 days per week
• Shifts covering daytime and evening
• Hours can range from 0 to 37.5 hours per week
• Full flexibility is important, including availability for breakfast shifts starting from 6am
