We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping team and help create an exceptional experience for every guest

As a Room Attendant, you will play an important role in ensuring our guest rooms and suites are beautifully presented, spotlessly clean and maintained to our five-star standards. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for hospitality, you will help create a welcoming and comfortable environment where our guests can truly relax

• Cleaning and preparing guest rooms, bathrooms and suites to our five-star standards
• Replenishing towels, linen, toiletries and guest amenities
• Ensuring all assigned areas are clean, tidy and beautifully presented
• Reporting maintenance issues and guest requests promptly
• Following health, safety, hygiene and security procedures
• Respecting guest privacy and delivering friendly, discreet and professional service
• Working closely with the Housekeeping team to ensure rooms are ready for our guests

• Previous housekeeping experience is desirable, but not essential
• Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work
• A positive, reliable and hardworking attitude
• Good time management and organisational skills
• A friendly, professional approach and a willingness to work as part of a team
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays

• Full-time, part-time & Zero hour positions available
• £12.71 per hour
• Typically, 1-5 days per week
• Shifts covering daytime and evening
• Hours can range from 0 to 37.5 hours per week
